Fulfilment Policy

Paul Twyman provides coaching services delivered online through digital resources, self-paced programs, and/or access to private communities and content portals. Upon subscribing, customers will receive access to the materials and services included in their selected subscription plan.

All services are delivered digitally, and no physical goods are shipped.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our coaching services and digital content delivery, I do not offer refunds on any monthly subscription payments that have already been processed. Once access to the content or coaching platform has been granted, the service is considered fulfilled for that period.

If you believe there has been an error with your billing or you did not receive access to services as described, please contact me at paultwymancoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, and I’ll be happy to review your case.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting me via WhatsApp or email paultwymancoaching@gmail.com. Cancellation will stop any future billing, and you will retain access to the coaching materials and services until the end of your current billing period.

Please note: I do not provide partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
